Brooke Rhodes
Brooke Rhodes is well qualified for his role on the Network Quote Desk dealing specifically with enquiries relating to networking and security. As an A+ Certified Cisco Certified Network Associate and Microsoft Certified IT Professional, he uses his expertise on a daily basis.
Brooke deals with a variety of brands including Cisco, Linksys, HP, APC, D-link, Juniper and Fortinet. He advises businesses on how to best use vendors’ solutions and products to establish effective, secure networks. He works with a reseller to determine what the end-user’s requirements are and then develops the best possible plan, complete with set-up guidelines and pricing.
Coming from a telemarketing and customer service background, Brooke enjoys having direct customer interaction and being at the forefront of solving networking issues. He genuinely gets a “buzz” from being able to get to the source of the issue and then work with the rest of the Ingram Micro team to develop a solution that delivers the best possible outcome for the reseller and their customers.
