Claude has over 15 years experience in the IT industry covering a variety of technical roles, working for a number of international corporations around the world. This has provided Claude with a strong base of both technical and commercial knowledge.
As a solutions architect for Ingram Micro, Claude is assisting resellers to design effective and secure networks. He provides reseller training as part of this role and is on hand to provide technical information on Fortinet products and Symantec solutions. With a degree in Computer Science and almost an entire alphabet of qualifications, including FCNSA, FCNSP, FCT and SSE+, Claude is a very valuable resource for the resellers he works with. He sees being a good listener as a primary skill in his role and he looks forward to hearing from any reseller that has a networking problem to solve.
