Thanks to our partnership with Divers Group, resellers are able to have pre-deployment services applied to their equipment orders before the goods leave our distribution centre.  Once configured, the goods can be dispatched directly to the end-user

This is a low-cost service that allows you to focus on your core business and enables Divers Group to apply its more than 20 years of configuration experience on your behalf. Not only do you enjoy having a fast turnaround but you free up valuable technical resource and achieve cost savings by consolidating freight charges.

Services
Configuration services are available for single units or large roll-outs; each one is customized to meet your needs.

Some of the services available:

• Asset tagging (sticker and/or BIOS)
• Software Imaging (image to be provided by reseller/end user)
• BIOS configuration
• Hardware upgrades
• Up/Downgrade configuration
• Complete hardware builds
• Configuration settings

Ordering
Service details, including a history of serial numbers and matching asset tags are available on-line to resellers. 

Configuration services can be engaged when you place your hardware order by the normal means via our Call Centre, TechLink or E-trade.  Simply add the desired quantity of the DIV configurations code to the order.

Services that are not listed can be added by contacting a http://www.divers.co.nz Divers representative for a quote.  There are also quantity break codes available offering larger discounts per unit for bulk orders.
