Dane Blackmore
Dane Blackmore has rapidly become a highly valued Ingram Micro staff member having worked his way through a number of roles since joining the company in 2005. It has been a valuable development path as having worked on the Call Centre, Network Quote Desk and been a Network and Server Quote Desk Team Leader Dane has built up considerable knowledge of all aspects of the reseller and vendor relationship.
It is this expertise he is now applying to his current role of Market Development Manager, focusing on the interface between the reseller and vendor. He makes sure that resellers have all the tools they need to grow their business and works closely with them to make sure that they win any deals that might be on the table.
Along with a Bachelor of Science degree, Dane has numerous industry certifications, including Cisco and APC. He is absolutely determined when it comes to encouraging customers to use all the tools available to them to grow their business. After fours years selling network systems Dane is also an expert at developing creative new solutions to tackle any obstacle to making a sale.
