The Enterprise Networking and Security Solutions team focuses on assisting companies that run or are part of complex networks, many of which have global footprints. The thirteen members of the team all work nationally, spending a lot of their time deployed throughout New Zealand. The team has two main objectives. The first is to develop effective technical solutions for reseller customers and assist in their deployment. The second, and equally important, is the role they play in 'channel enablement', providing on going training and product knowledge to reseller staff to enable them to do their jobs more effectively.
There are a variety of roles across the Enterprise Networking and Security Solutions team: Product Managers who are specialists in vendor relations and procurement; Solutions Architects responsible for designing effective solutions with high-level technical skills; Market Development Managers who are experts in the sales process and work hard to ensure our partners get all the help they need to close a deal; and a very extensive quote desk that gets quick, accurate quotes into the market on demand.
