Rudi van Emmenes

Rudi van Emmenes is an absolute specialist in his role as a Pre-Sales Architect for IBM products. Simply put, he provides IBM Solutions that work for a wide range of customers and applications. As you would expect Rudi has a broad knowledge of all IBM products with a particular focus on pSeries, Storage and Systemx Servers.

Prior to joining Ingram Micro Rudi worked for Value Added Distributors (VAD) for more than six years having previously spent eleven years working in South Africa for IBM and BP. He has a Diploma in Electronic Engineering and is both IBM and Microsoft certified. He holds multiple IBM certifications covering both technical and sales qualifications. Having emigrated from South Africa in 2003 Rudi brought a strong mix of local and international experience to this role.

Rudi takes a very pragmatic hands-on approach and is meticulous in making sure that what he recommends is the very best solution, or range of solutions, for the issue at hand. Rudi loves rugby and is keen motorcycling enthusiast who loves the open road.
