The Infrastructure - Server and Storage team facilitate off-the-shelf hardware sales working with resellers, while also offering value-added sales where the team's Solutions Architects, pre-sales and Business Development Managers assist resellers to select exactly the right product and/or solution to meet the end-user's needs.
Networking and Security
The Enterprise Networking and Security Solutions team assists companies that run or are part of complex networks. The team develops technical solutions for reseller customers and assists in their deployment, while also providing on going training and product knowledge to reseller staff to enable them to do their jobs more effectively.
Business Licensing and Services
The Business Licensing and Services Team offers a range of services from a straight out license procurement model through to providing bundled software solutions for the SME market. The team provides smaller resellers with solutions expertise around software so they don't have to know it all themselves. Larger resellers, with in-house teams, require a much broader distribution and licensing service that Ingram Micro has both the scale and the scope to provide.
