Scott Cowen started working with Ingram Micro in 1994 when it was known as Tech Pacific (NZ) Ltd. He started as an Account Manager, and then moved to Product Management in 1996. In 1998 Scott was as appointed as Marketing Manager and moving to General Manager of Solutions in 2007.

Scott has responsibility for the 45 member Solutions team and the 25 IT vendors they support across Server, Storage, Networking, Security and Business Licensing. Solutions currently represents 25% of Ingram Micro's New Zealand business which Scott looks forward to continuing to grow as part of a long-term business strategy.

Scott brings more than twenty years IT industry experience to his highly qualified team and enjoys the constant challenge of understanding and deploying the brands and technologies Ingram Micro distributes. Having worked across a variety of different sales and marketing roles Scott fully understands the challenges faced by both resellers and vendors.

Terry Dunn joined Ingram Micro through its purchase of Value Added Distributors (VAD) in 2009. Having founded VAD in 2000 Terry was justifiably proud of the strong team that was able to be transferred as part of the Ingram Micro acquisition. Terry moved directly into the role of General Manager for Ingram Micro's Server and Storage Group and takes full responsibility for its 24 strong team which covers New Zealand with staff based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Terry started in the industry over twenty five years ago when Business World in Palmerston North was acquired by Computerland. Terry happened to be studying computers at Massey University at the time and this pushed along what was to become a highly successful career.

Terry furthered his university study with a post graduate degree in mediation and arbitration and earned an MBA at Victoria University, Wellington. Prior to founding VAD he was the Managing Director and a shareholder in a successful software company. Today he still enjoys cutting high-end systems deals and has a real strength in building a strong team that is capable of working equally hard for both vendors and resellers.

Despite having a young teenage family, Terry manages to find time to explore his passion for riding dirt bikes on off-road trails. This quest for adventure has taken him right across New Zealand, to Australia and Mongolia in an enduring search for the perfect ride.
