Veronica De Renzio

Veronica De Renzio brings extensive international experience and training to her technical Network and Security role with Ingram Micro. She previously spent 8 years working for IBM in Italy; 7 years working on iSeries Servers on the technical support for communications and security and a year as a regional life-cycle manager in IBM Service Delivery for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. On arriving in New Zealand she spent a year working at HP in IT support for Vodafone before joining Ingram Micro in 2008.

Having recently acquired a Cisco Certified Network Association qualification Veronica is also working on Security certification. Having started on the Server & Storage Quote Desk, Veronica's expertise was called upon in other areas. She is now giving customers technical assistance on Network and Security solutions. Veronica also works with Ingram Micro's Solutions Architects, providing additional technical expertise on complex system design projects.

Veronica is not limited to just working with IBM products, she is a technical specialist across a range of products including: Cisco, Linksys, Juniper, Fortinet and D-Link. Her high attention to detail and enthusiastic attitude makes her popular with both customers and colleagues.
